Labiaplasty is a functional and cosmetic procedure in which the labia of the vagina (most frequently the inner labia) are reduced and irregularities or asymmetries are corrected.
Some women are self conscious about the excessive protuberance or asymmetry of their labia, a condition that may interfere with their ability to wear tight fitting clothing or swimming costumes and that may have an impact in their personal hygiene and their intimate relationships.
Other frequently requested procedures are mons pubis liposuction and the surgical restoration of the hymen.
